Kayla Pearson
LMA (Licensed Master Aesthetician) & LC (Licensed Cosmetologist).
Inclusive Health Ambassador
Born and raised in California, Kayla Pearson has been residing in South Carolina for the past six years. She relocated to Greenville, SC two years ago. Kayla has 13 years in the health and beauty industry. She started her career as a cosmetologist and has continued to educate herself with an emphasis on clinical skin care, health, and overall wellness. She attended Bellus Academy in San Diego, CA where she received her Master Aesthetician certifications and licensure. She continued on to become an Inclusive Health Ambassador through Dr. Murad. She has attended Advanced Aesthetic course at Southeastern Esthetic Institute and attended Institut DerMed in Atlanta. She has been practicing cosmetic aesthetics for 8 years in a medical setting and strives to keep herself at the front of this cutting edge industry. While her passion for clinical skin health has grown, so has her interest in overall health and wellness.

Kayla has taken it upon herself to be educated in nutrition, fitness, and total body health. Kayla’s other certifications include dermaplane, medi-clinical skin rejuvenation, Mirco-needling, Laser Resurfacing, and manual lymphatic drainage. She has had extensive training in medical grade chemical peels, laser hair removal, laser skin resurfacing, laser skin rejuvenation, advanced light therapy, and medical classification of skin conditions, as well as attending CoolSculpting University. In her free time, Kayla enjoys spending time with her daughter, and camping and boating with her family.

Ann Marie Hilliard
LA (Licensed Aesthetician)
Ann Marie is a native of Anderson, SC and has been practicing in medical Aesthetics for seven years. She started her career with at a local plastic surgery office and found her passion for clinical skincare. She attended aesthetics school and become a Licensed Aesthetician. Ann Marie had the privilege of attending Advanced Clinical Aesthetic Laser symposiums across the country as well as Coolsculpting University. She has trained and learned from THE top Laser educators across the nation.
Her passion for helping her patients achieve their skin and body goals are shown through personalized care plans. When Ann Marie is not serving her patients, she enjoys spending time with her family, UGA football, going to local concerts, and cooking when she gets the chance.

Our Community
The Greenville Free Medical Clinic is an integral part – the safety net – of the health care delivery system in the Greenville community. For twenty-five years, the Clinic has been providing health care and wellness services at no charge to people who cannot pay for care and to those who do not have insurance available to them. The Clinic helps keep the uninsured healthy! Several of our providers volunteer their time here.

We love serving our patients, but we recognize that adults in other parts of the world are often in greater need for medical care. Our providers travel internationally to serve those most desperate for their expertise.
